ICYMI: On Wednesday January 17 we reached a Tentative Agreement on all contract articles! This agreement includes significant increases on wages, healthcare plan improvements, strong protections against harassment and discrimination, and so much more.

The next step is to determine whether this agreement will become our contract by taking a ratification vote. If a majority of ASEs who participate vote yes, the tentative agreement will officially become our contract. In a majority vote no, our ASE Bargaining Committee will return to negotiations with management. Cast your ballot in the ratification vote via the button below before the Thursday January 25th 5pm deadline. Make sure to remind your fellow ASEs to vote as well!

If you’d like to hear more about the agreement and discuss it with other ASEs, we have Informational Sessions scheduled each day this week that the ratification vote is open. RSVP here for your preferred time.

As always, respond to this email if you have any questions or concerns.
