We hope that this email finds you well and that you are managing to stay cool during this warm weather!

We are reaching out today regarding a number of important meetings that are happening this week. Scroll down to find out the details!

Tomorrow’s Monthly Meeting:
This is our last regular meeting before the Fall semester starts so it is a crucial opportunity to make plans to win our union and a fair first contract as soon as possible. At this meeting we will also be discussing where things stand with our petition at the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC).

Date: Wednesday, July 27th
Time: 6 – 7 PM over Zoom
Register for the meeting here.

If you have questions or topics that you would like to see addressed at the July 27th meeting, please reach out to contact@wsucase.org

Friday’s Mobilization Work Group meeting
As you may have seen via social media, on Friday July 29th at 3pm there will be a Mobilization Work Group meeting. This work group will engage in efforts to counter WSU administration’s stalling of the certification of our union. We will likely need to apply multiple forms of pressure – including taking direct action – to win our union and a fair first contract.  Our Mobilization Work Group will meet as needed to engage in strategic planning of direct actions through power mapping, logistics, communications, coalition-building, and more. If you are interested in joining the work group please register via this form

The form provides the option to let us know alternative times that work better for you so that if you cannot make the first meeting we can determine a regular meeting time for the weeks following that best suits the group.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at these two meetings!
