Hello fellow ASEs!

We are looking forward to our Wages Town Hall this coming Wednesday, June 14th at 5:00 pm over zoom! The wages workgroup will present the wage proposal structure models that we have been researching and are currently considering, touch briefly on considerations of location-based wage modifiers and experience-based promotions, and discuss what we can learn from campaigns at other universities about how to make significant wins.

The majority of our time together will be reserved for the workgroup to get your input and questions. It’s crucial that all ASEs feel confident in and supportive of this proposal, and that everyone in the bargaining unit has had a chance to have their voice heard about an issue so deeply important to the ASEs at WSU.

We look forward to seeing everyone next week! Please help spread the word to your colleagues and friends by forwarding this email along and encouraging others to register for the meeting!

If you would like to help reach out to other ASEs, you’re welcome to join our textbanking outreach meeting on Monday, June 26th from 3:00-5:00 pm or Tuesday from 10:00-12:00. Feel free to join for as long as you’d like. We will provide resources and information there. You can find the zoom link here, or respond to this email if you’d like a calendar invite!
